🎨✨ We’re looking for passionate individuals for the following positions:

📌 BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION INTERN

Responsibilities include:

  • General admin tasks (phones, emails, file management)
  • Scheduling, calendar and event logistics
  • Procurement admin and supplier records
  • Data collection for reports and grants
  • Feedback form management and evaluation reporting
  • Project planning and support across departments

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric plus a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or related
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills
  • A passion for nonprofit work and willingness to work flexible hours

📌 PROJECTS AND EVENTS INTERN

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in planning and production meetings
  • Coordinating logistics, production schedules, and vendor management
  • Event setup, breakdown, and technical support (lighting, sound, AV)
  • Storeroom and asset management
  • On-site event support and troubleshooting

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric plus a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Project Management, Production Management, Event Management, or Live Event Technology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event/project management tools
  • Experience with lighting, sound, and AV equipment
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities

📌 GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing digital and print materials, social media content, and promotional graphics
  • Maintaining consistent visual branding
  • Creating infographics, reports, and presentation designs
  • Website updates, basic SEO, and email marketing support
  • Supporting event marketing and on-site branding

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric plus a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Design, Web Development, Digital Marketing or related
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
  • Knowledge of WordPress and Mailchimp
  • Strong eye for design, creativity, and digital marketing trends
