Sibikwa Arts Centre’s Internship Programme provides emerging practitioners with opportunities to gain practical workplace experience, develop professional skills and explore career pathways within the arts and cultural sector. Through exposure to Sibikwa’s artistic, educational, administrative and organisational activities, interns gain insight into the diverse roles and skills required to sustain a creative organisation. Combining experiential learning with mentorship, collaboration and professional development, the programme supports emerging talent to build confidence, strengthen their capabilities and apply their knowledge in a working environment.
